Exchange Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
All merchandise returns must be in exchange for the same product or for store credit and are subject to the conditions below:
- 1 to 20 days after shipping: no charge;
- 21 to 60 days after shipping: 20% of selling price (re-stocking);
- More than 60 days after shipping: no return or exchange.
All shipping fees are to be assumed by the client.
TrakMaps does not reimburse returned products or return postage costs.
All merchandise returns must be approved by a TrakMaps representative.
No unlocked digital product may be exchanged, reimbursed or unlocked for a different GPS unit ID.
Damaged products or products whose data has been altered may be replaced at our discretion and are subject to a reprogramming fee of $20.
Lost products will not be replaced.
