All merchandise returns must be in exchange for the same product or for store credit, subject to the conditions below:

No restocking fee

Restocking fee of 20%

No return or exchange

No activated digital product may be exchanged, reimbursed, returned or transferred to a different GPS unit.

No custom map, CHS, NOAA or NGA chart may be exchanged, reimbursed or returned.

Damaged products or products whose data has been altered may be replaced at our discretion and are subject to a reprogramming and shipping fees.

Lost or stolen products will not be replaced.

All shipping fees are to be assumed by the client unless otherwise indicated.

TrakMaps does not reimburse returned products or return postage costs.

Boxing Day and Black Friday prices cannot not be matched.

All merchandise exchanges must be approved by a TrakMaps representative.
