Yes, we do. If you have a valid Indian Status Card and your order is being shipped to a reserve, please email us a photo of your card at info@trakmaps.com and we will provide you with a tax-exempt quote.
This product includes all updates and support during the subscription period. The product will continue working on your GPS and computer even after subscription ends, but updates and support are only offered during subscription. Discounted price when renewing.
If you require assistance installing your product, we offer a remote support service.
Your TrakMaps serial number has the following format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
Located inside the TrakMaps product case (left-hand side, behind the instructions sheet).
In your order confirmation email, and in your product's details under My Account.
If you cannot locate your TrakMaps serial number, please contact us.
Your map can be viewed on one GPS unit at a time. It cannot be viewed on multiple GPS units simultaneously, though you can transfer your preprogrammed card from one GPS unit to another.
A downloadable map cannot be transferred to or activated for another GPS unit
If you've changed GPS units, please contact us.
Choose a Suitable Routing Mode
If you plan on following turn-by-turn routing on your GPS unit, make sure to choose a suitable routing mode.
Otherwise, the GPS unit may generate a straight line as the route.
- Choose Setup or Tools or Settings
- Choose Routing
Options may include:
- Guidance Method: On Road For Time or On Road For Distance
- Calculate Routes for: Car, ATV, etc
- Lock On Road: Auto
- Avoidance Setup: specify what types of roads to avoid
Certain products contain transparent and non-transparent (routable) maps.
- If you wish to use the routable map with turn by turn directions, please enable only the non-transparent map and disable all other maps.
- If you have a topographic map (eg. TrakMaps TOPO) you'd like to display below your transparent map, please enable that topographic map as well as the transparent map and disable all other maps. Please note that turn by turn directions will not work with this setup.
Causes
- The wrong GPS unit ID was entered during activation
- The product was transferred to another GPS unit
- Your GPS unit has been replaced

Cause
- The unlock file has not been imported in Garmin BaseCamp, or an antivirus application has removed it

Your GPS unit's firmware may need to be updated to be able to read preprogrammed cards over 4 GB in size. Make sure to remove the preprogrammed card from your GPS unit during the process.

They are PDF maps which work with Avenza Maps for iOS & Android. Choose the area and we'll deliver it straight to your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet.
If your mobile device has an integrated GPS, it will show you where you are on the map in real time if you are currently on the map.
When asked to open the downloaded file with an app, choose the option for Avenza Maps.
